jlj99 Terms & Conditions

1.1 Agreement to Terms. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "Member," "User," or "you") and jlj99 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company") governing your access to and use of the jlj99 online gaming platform accessible at jlj99.cam and all related services, applications, and content offered thereunder (collectively, "the Platform").

1.2 Acceptance. 1.4 Language. These Terms are written in English, which shall be the controlling language for all purposes of interpretation and enforcement. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2.1 Age Requirement. Participation in any real-money gaming activity on jlj99 is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, as mandated by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification. jlj99 reserves the right to request, at any time and without limitation, valid proof of identity, age, address, and source of funds from any Member. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine System ID (PhilSys), Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), driver's license, and passport. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by jlj99 may result in account suspension and/or withholding of withdrawals.

2.3 Jurisdictional Restrictions. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that the use of jlj99 services is not prohibited by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. jlj99 reserves the right to void winnings and suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading registration information is detected.

2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are ineligible to register or maintain an account with jlj99:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Employees, directors, officers, agents, and their immediate family members of jlj99 or any associated entity;
• Persons who have been self-excluded from jlj99 or any PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform;
• Persons on any PAGCOR exclusion registry;
• Persons residing in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.

3.1 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account with jlj99. Multiple accounts held by the same individual shall be considered duplicate accounts. jlj99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated winnings, and retain deposited funds pending an anti-fraud investigation.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PIN issued by jlj99. You must notify jlj99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. jlj99 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 Non-Transferability. Your jlj99 account, and the funds held therein, are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or pledged to any third party. jlj99 reserves the right to close any account and void any associated balances where such a transfer is discovered.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as inactive. jlj99 may, after providing reasonable notice to your registered contact information, apply an administrative fee to inactive account balances in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

3.5 Account Currency. All account balances at jlj99 are denominated and displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for a particular product or feature.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jlj99 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are as displayed in the Cashier section of your jlj99 account at the time of transaction.

4.2 Deposit Conditions. All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. jlj99 does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties. Deposits processed via GCash and Maya are reflected in your jlj99 account balance immediately. Bank transfer processing times may vary.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment instrument used for the original deposit, unless account verification requirements allow otherwise at jlj99's sole discretion. All withdrawals require the completion of identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 2.2. jlj99 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance. jlj99 is required by law and PAGCOR regulation to implement anti-money laundering controls. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to AML screening. jlj99 may, without prior notice, suspend a withdrawal request, request source of funds documentation, or report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended.

4.5 Transaction Fees. jlj99 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment service provider (e.g., your bank, GCash) may apply their own fees independent of jlj99.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and tournament prizes offered by jlj99 are subject to specific promotion terms published in the Promotions section of the Platform. These Terms provide overarching rules; in the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your jlj99 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified on each individual promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Welcome bonuses and new-player promotions are available to first-time jlj99 Members only. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, email address, or payment method. jlj99 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds where evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or coordinated exploitation is identified.

5.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings. Unless otherwise stated, maximum withdrawable winnings derived from free spin or no-deposit bonus activity may be capped at the amount specified in the applicable promotion terms. Real-money deposits and winnings derived from real-money play are not subject to this cap.

5.5 jlj99's Right to Modify Promotions. jlj99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has commenced participation, jlj99 shall apply reasonable efforts to honour obligations accrued prior to the cancellation date.

6.1 Certified Game Providers. All games available on jlj99 are supplied by internationally certified game providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems have been independently tested and approved by PAGCOR-recognized testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within each game's information panel.

6.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, server interruption, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game, jlj99 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account balance. Game malfunction voids all pays and plays.

6.3 Disputed Outcomes. If you wish to dispute the outcome of a game, you must submit a written complaint to jlj99 support within seven (7) calendar days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated. jlj99's recorded game logs shall be the primary reference in all dispute resolution processes.

6.4 Collusion and Cheating. Any form of collusion, use of unauthorized software (including bots, scripts, or data scrapers), exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and possible referral to law enforcement authorities.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlj99 Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Philippine law;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to jlj99 at any time;
• Registering more than one account or allowing a third party to operate your account;
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to fund your jlj99 account;
• Exploiting any error, bug, or software vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward jlj99 staff or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from jlj99's software;
• Accessing the Platform if you are a self-excluded player or are listed on any PAGCOR exclusion registry.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the jlj99 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game assets, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of jlj99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License. jlj99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any ownership rights in jlj99 content.

8.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, or create derivative works from any jlj99 content without prior written authorisation from jlj99.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlj99, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the jlj99 Platform.

9.2 jlj99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9.3 jlj99's total aggregate liability to any individual Member in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to jlj99 in the ninety (90) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1 Age Verification Obligation. jlj99 is legally required under PAGCOR regulations to verify that all Members are at least 21 years of age before granting full account access. Attempts to circumvent age verification controls constitute a breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.

10.2 Player Protection Tools. jlj99 provides the following voluntary responsible gaming tools to all Members, accessible through the account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the amount deposited into your jlj99 account;
• Session Time Reminders: Automated notifications after specified durations of continuous play;
• Loss Limits: Caps on the amount you may lose within a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary temporary or permanent exclusion from your jlj99 account, processed immediately upon request and irrevocable during the elected exclusion period;

10.3 Self-Exclusion. Once a self-exclusion has been activated on your jlj99 account, jlj99 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent access during the exclusion period. 11.1 jlj99's Right to Suspend or Terminate. jlj99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• jlj99 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account;
• You are found to have provided false registration information;
• Regulatory requirements or PAGCOR directives mandate such action;
• Your account poses an anti-money laundering or reputational risk to jlj99.

11.2 Account Closure by Member. You may request the closure of your jlj99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Funds remaining in your account after all pending wagers and bonus activity are settled will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification and any pending AML reviews.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination for cause, jlj99 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and any winnings derived from conduct that constituted a breach of these Terms. Real-money deposits not connected to the breach shall be returned at jlj99's discretion after investigation.

12.1 jlj99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part thereof. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the jlj99 Privacy Policy.

12.2 jlj99 complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and all regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission ("NPC"). Your personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

12.3 jlj99 may share personal data with PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement authorities, and other regulatory bodies where required by law, judicial order, or regulatory directive. 13.1 jlj99 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting your rights, obligations, or the nature of the service — jlj99 will provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address or Platform notification system associated with your account.

13.2 Continued use of the jlj99 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.

13.3 The current version of these Terms, with the effective date displayed at the top of this page, supersedes all prior versions in their entirety.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms, and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of jlj99, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

14.2 Jurisdiction. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

14.3 Complaint Resolution. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact jlj99 customer support to allow jlj99 a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. jlj99 commits to acknowledging formal complaints within two (2) business days and providing a substantive response within ten (10) business days of receipt.

14.4 PAGCOR Oversight. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, jlj99 is subject to regulatory supervision by PAGCOR. Players who are not satisfied with jlj99's complaint resolution process may escalate their concerns to the appropriate PAGCOR oversight division.
